We are both extremely passionate about keeping fit and we can all agree that a good dance session can feel like a workout at times.
So we have combined our love for dance and fitness to bring you all Dance Fit. We have put together some fun, safe choreographed clips for kids and parents as an hour of power will have you dominating the d-floor 🔥
